Purpose and information requested
This notice explains how Elios Security LLC handles information associated with its website inquiry form and related correspondence. The form is for discussing potential services. It requests your name, email address, optional organization, selected service, and a brief description of your business need.
We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss potential services, prepare an engagement where appropriate, and manage the related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. When you open the inquiry dialog, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for bots and processes technical signals about your browser and connection. Formspree receives, processes, and stores submitted form details and sends notification emails to Elios Security. Notifications pass through an email-alias forwarding service to our Proton-hosted business mailbox.
These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and referring website information. Service-provider processing may occur in countries other than your own and is subject to the relevant providers' policies.
Provider information: Formspree privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy, Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum, and Proton Mail privacy policy.
Security and appropriate use
This is a general business inquiry form, not an end-to-end encrypted client portal, an emergency-response channel, or a secure document-transfer service. Do not include passwords, access tokens, sensitive incident details, confidential findings, health or financial information, or client documents. Ask to arrange an appropriate channel before sharing confidential material.
Bot verification and other safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee that information can never be lost, intercepted, or misused. Please provide only the information needed for an initial conversation.
Browser behavior
The website's own inquiry code keeps your message in the current page while you use it; it does not save the message to persistent browser storage or send it to an analytics integration. Following an unconfirmed submission, you can choose to copy or download your draft. Doing so places a copy on your device or clipboard, which you control.
Browser autofill and history are controlled by your browser. The website code does not include advertising trackers or client-side analytics. Hosting, email, and verification services may still process operational and security information under their own policies.
Inquiry retention
We review non-client inquiry records monthly. Our target is to delete copies under our control at the first monthly review after 90 days of inactivity, unless a documented business or legal reason requires longer retention. Inquiries that become part of a client engagement are handled under the retention requirements applicable to that engagement.
This is a manual review process, not automatic deletion exactly on day 90. It covers inquiry records we retain and control in Formspree, our business mailbox, and any inquiry exports. Service-provider logs, backups, and other records may be subject to separate retention requirements and deletion cycles; our target is not a guarantee that every provider-held copy is erased at the same time.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted to Elios Security, please use our website inquiry form and begin your message with Privacy request. Include the email address used for your earlier inquiry and enough context to help us locate the relevant record. Do not include passwords, identity documents, confidential documents, or sensitive security information.
We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before disclosing or deleting records. We handle requests subject to applicable requirements and any necessary retention exceptions. A privacy request itself passes through the services described above.
At present, this form is our published privacy-contact method. It has no independent backup contact channel if the form or its verification service is unavailable.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website's inquiry-handling practices change. The date above identifies this version. Client engagements and other services may have separate contractual or privacy terms.
